The Cali Field is a military inspired field watch. It features a high readability matte black dial with white printed numerals in C1 Super-LumiNova®. The minute track pays homage to vintage military watches and features 12 triangle hour markers printed with BGW9 Super-LumiNova®. This creates a dynamic and unique dual-compound luminous dial that glows both grey and blue.
The hour and minute hands are in a ‘Ranger’ military style and are available in 4 colour options. The sweep second hand has a luminous pip and is available in 12 colour options.The hands are filled with C1 Super-LumiNova® to match the dial.
The ‘top hat’ anti-reflective sapphire crystal has a clear anti-reflective coating (on the underside only) and so provides great performance in every light condition.
The 36mm case is a solid 316 stainless steel case, with a fixed bezel. It has been professionally sand blasted. Sandblasting gives the case a tactile and matt finish to complement the military style. The case also features a brushed stainless steel screwed-down case back and a screwed-down crown to improve the water resistance to 100M.
Timing is done by the Seiko NH3X series automatic movements (such as the NH35, NH36 or NH38) which run at 21600bph and have 41h power reserve. Like all good military field watches this movement features a hacking seconds hand, meaning the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out into setting position. This makes regulation and synchronisation much more accurate.
It comes with an olive green, black, khaki or navy blue canvas Zulu style military strap with brushed stainless steel buckles. (please attach a message with your order stating which colour strap you would like).
