Delivery

I aim to ship ‘ready to wear’ items within 1-2 days of purchase. For custom orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for the watch to be built. I ship from Warwickshire, England so there are no import duties for UK customers.

International customers outside the UK: please note you may be charged import taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price. This is your responsibility to pay these taxes as a buyer.

Returns

I don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I feel I have described the watches in detail and the pictures are high quality and show the exact product.

Each watch will come with a 6 month movement warranty from the day of purchase. I will therefore only refund an item if there is a fault with the movement or hands within 6 months of purchase date. Please keep your digital email invoice as evidence of purchase and purchase date.

Please note: these are automatic watches and if you stop wearing them they will stop. If this happens give the watch a shake from side to side to get it ticking again. When fully charged it should remain working for up to 41 hours before it stops.

Please note: automatic watches will gain or lose time overnight. An accurate automatic watch has an acceptable loss/gain of up to 20 seconds. Try lying the watch on its side (crown up) to slow it down overnight or on its back (face up) to speed it up overnight.
